I was looking for configuring JIRA with appdynamics in SaaS. I came across the community post wherein I found that I would have to submit a ticket.
I would like to know what it is actually about?
If the question is about what this extension does, it actually feeds appdynamics alerts as ticket in Jira so that your operations team are notified of the issue.
If the question is about installation on SaaS controller, this extension could be deployed only on a dedicated SaaS controller. If you open a support ticket we could check if your controller is dedicated and if so we could deploy this extension on your dedicated SaaS controller.
