Hello Mates,

I am trying to import a JSON file, which I have tested in "Code Beautify" website's JSON Viewer and it is a valid JSON file. Now while i am iporting this to Dashboard controller, i am getting an error says "Invalid JSON Format. JSON doesn't match the expected format". Can someone please guide me through why i am geeting this error while i have tested the JSON file and that's valid too. Please help.

Hi,

I recommend you contact Customer Support and have them look at your JSON file. When I entered this error message into our search engine, I get this hit, and it might help: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13530381/invalid-json-format. However, an invalid JSON error can occur for many reasons, and without seeing the file it's hard to tell just from that error message.

Thanks,

Cody
