Thanks for writing to appsphere community forum. Say, if user defined/updated the ignore message rule on 1:01 pm , and if agent/controller connectivity does not have any issues then the config should be updated at agent level by max another 2-4 mts, as agent updates the config every 2 mts for the updated settings from controller.
And if you generate load after couple of minutes after defining ignore message rule, then the load discovered after 1:05 pm should reflect the ignore message rule result. we request you to select last 15 minutes or last 5 mts to check with new load under snapshot -> error details or troubleshoot -> errors screen
