Hi,

- We understood that you are referring the jmx mbean metric session count referrenced in doc http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wsdoc400/v6r0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.websphere.iseries.do... which we do not display in JMX section for IBM WAS server in metric browser under JMX session, we see this could be due to corresponding metric by default is not part of JMX rules under Configure -> instrumentation -> JMX -> WebSpherePMI seciton

- We request you to check if corresponding mbean is exposed in metric browser section and create mbean as referred in screenshot listed below and see if that helps.

refer doc for more details: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO39/Configure+JMX+Metrics+from+MBeans

Once the metric is listed in metric browser you can add the metric to widget in custom dashboard.

Regards,

Arun
