I'm unable to use the Object Instance tracking  feature which seems disabled. I have tools.jar in jvm/jdk1.7/jre/lib/ext/ copied from jvm/jdk1.7/lib/tools.jar

My JVM:

java version "1.7.0_06"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_06-b24)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.2-b09, mixed mode)

Is this supported? How do I enable it?

Hi,

We confirm we suport OIT feature for Sun JVM, can you send the agent logs and screenshots from Controller UI depiciting the issue for more clarity?

Have you restarted jvm post copying tools.jar and started JVM in new command terminal session? if not check how it goes with restart and starting JVM agent node in new terminal

Steps to capture agent logs:

Arun
