Looking at slow response times for example we have one thats 1,172ms, but looking at the call graph there is nowhere near that amount of time spent, so not sure how to debug something like this..

tab says 1,717ms, but execution time says 34ms..

Whats this about?

Hi,

It was a full or partial snapshot ?. If partial, it's the answer. Partial snapshots only caught the latest calls, besides AppDynamics show you the entire call duration causing the snapshot. May be a diagnostics session on the business transaction could help you isolate the problem.

Hope it helps, if so click on kudo.

Regards,

Luis
