Hi Guys,

I'm a student looking to self educate. Can you tell me how I can gain/get performance data i.e. demographic for a 3rd party app like RYANAIR.

Thanks - I appreciate it.

TJ,

Could you please clarify what you're looking for? Are you looking to monitor Ryanair airline's mobile app for performance information (speed, # of transactions, errors) or same for its main corporate servers? Or are you trying to gather demographic information (gender, nationality, age, etc) from one of those sources? Do you have insider access to the company, or are you an outsider just doing research? Or is this about some other ryanair and not the airline? That info would help us help you.

Thanks,

-Brad

TJ,

In principal it's most likely possible for our products to extract this sort of data from, say, an airline reservation system for you. However, you'd have to have direct, administrative access to their servers in order to impliment our systems. What you want to do would seem to require that level of access in any case -as the info belongs to someone else and is located on their servers. Basic security woud seem to shut you out of gathering this sort of data from the outside.

Your best bet might not be technological in nature. The company probably gathers this info for marketing purposes and might be willing to share it with a student doing research...but that's not really our speciality nor the sort of problem these message boards are here to service :slightly_smiling_face:

Good luck!

-Brad
