Thanks for writing in. We see that we are able to access the contorller (refer attached screenshot), can you please check whether https port 443 is opened at your brower security settings also check if the firewal is blocking the access to saas controller at your network end once, let us know how it goes after unbloking the ports and let us know if you still see the issue.
On a side we request you to do not file queries under feedback section or pro general sectoon/category in future we request you to raise pro trial related queries under category http://appsphere.appdynamics.com/t5/Pro-Trial-for-Java/bd-p/ProTrialDiscJava
