Gemfire Monitoring

Can any one help me to monitor gemfire 8 (JMX ) in Appdynamic. 

I have got one script https://github.com/r4um/jmx-dump which output all mbean attribute and value in json format on command prompt. But don't know how to send this data to appdynamic controller.
