We are experiencing a high number of java.net.ConnectExceptions. While they are showing up in the ERRORS section, we cannot correlate them to a business transaction. Is there a way to enable that correlation?
Also, is there a way to purge the StackTrace data? Currently, wehn we look in Troubleshoot > Errors > ConnectException we see no timestamp for correlation and there are more stacktraces than our Errors page showed. All we can presume is that the "Stack Traces for this Exception" is a historical pool of data and we only need to see current.

Is the ConnectExceptions is raised part of discovered BT ? If yes we should see the error in "error details" of BT snapshot if the error raised out of BT context than we cannot correlate in UI, But if you want to get alert for BT when error raised out of BT context then you define custom HR alert
Regarding other query. Can you provide screenshot depicting the issues for more clarity to assist you better?
In ideal case, if you are referring to snapshots purging period, snapshots default retention period is 2 weeks, but this might apply to error stacktraces under errors -> stack traces for the exception tab in UI.
