Hi,

I have enabled EUEM and inserted javascript agents in my pages. After that also I am not getting data on EUEM. Does the cloud EUEM gets enabled automatically ?

Kindly help and let me know if I am missing something.

 Hi,

We understood that you have enabled eum checkbox under Configure -> Instrumentation -> End user experience screen in controller UI , can you provide the network tab output from Browser -> developer tools to see whether requests are successfully in addition to below details to assist you further:

a) 2-3 server.log from <controller_dir>/logs path

b) view source code of one of the page with adrum js injected from browser request and screenshots from controller with issue showing no data in section referred
