Hi,

Last week I setup 4 new agents and they seem to be working ok, but I noticed there are no exceptions listed on the SAAS controller. I checked the agent log and found this above for many exceptions. Any info on getting exceptions logged would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi Brian,

We see such logging in agent logs when controller had hit maximum registered error ADD limit

and we would need to increase the stacktrace.ADD.registration.limit global configuration property value is increased.

This limit is per account and was added in 4.1 controllers.

We could not locate the saas account details asscoiated with your email id in our portal, can you point the deep link of UI screen you are referring to in saas UI Or provide saas account name and sceenshot from UI depicting the issue to assist you further.
