Database collector reporting no data

Hi Team, I have installed data base agent and its reporting to Controller and the agent status is active. I va ecreated a db collector to monitor MS SQL by providing IP,port and windows authentication but still no data is reported. I ahve stsrted the agent again but no luck. Could you please guide me in this issue. Thanks Kamal

I'd check firewall connection between the database box on that port and the controller. Is this on-premise or SaaS?

Hi, There is njo firewall as the collector is reporting to the controller. Once connected after soemtime its showing inactive, if I do reinstalltion agin iot will show as active and after sometime it will say no data reporting. Please suggest. Thanks Kamal
