Custom Event

Hi!

i have issue custom event by  create policy and assign action alert call batch file write log and custom event idenfy type name custom and properties serverity="ERROR" and Type=CUSTOM, send url request from web pages rul http://localhost:8293/machineagent/event?type=error&summary=TEST009 and view event custom show on dashboard but don't action alert  write log file.

Hi Apichat,

Your screenshots show what looks like a properly configured Policy trigger, and a Health Rule dialog that indicates no Actions were executed.

There's not enough information to determine why no Actions were executed.

If your action is a Remediation Script, there's a suggestion to check the associated Machine Agent log at https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO42/Remediation+Scripts 

If the problem persists, I would recommend opening a Support case.
