Cannot login to Controller UI

Hi,
While accessing url&nbsp [URL has been removed to protect privacy]
I'm getting "Error checking SAML".
It also states that "This account is configured to authenticate with a 3rd-party service." But I havent' configured any.
Also local login option with my email and password fails.

I can see that SAML is enabled for your account. If you do not wish to use Saml, you can disable this option. Navigate to Settings->Administration->Authentication Provider (Refer ss)

You need to provide username and password in the login section. Can you please share the username with me so that I can check in the backend.

Yes, several other accounts are also facing this issue. I will keep you posted once it is resolved.
