Can't add a Database

Hello,

After signing up for a Trial Account I am trying to configure a MySQL RDS hosted database for monitoring.

Unfortunately I get a message that the number of availble licenses has been exceeded.  (Screen shot attached)

This is the first and only thing I have tried to do on the platform so I have not used any licenses yet.

I look forward to trying out your service.

Thanks

Tal

Hi Tal,

Can you provide the screenshot depicting the issue and relevant logs and license screen details to assist you further?

Hi Arun

Thanks for the prompt reply.

See attached. It seems we received 0 Database licensees with the trial, though this is the product we want to test.

Hi Tal,

You are right, this is the reason here. We see from our porst yours is self service trial, We request you to get in touch with your sales representative to upgrade you to db agents to get provision accordingly.

Arun
