Appdynamics License

I have a .NET APM pro edition license but it does not have the EUEM feature enabled. It is asking for license.

Kindly let me know what  needs to be done to enable this feature. Or which license should I have ?

Hi Pratul,

As per portal we see you are using self service account for controller installation and as per portal we do not see pro license attached and it is currently tied to .NET 1 license unit limited edition which is post license expire period, provide the screenshot of the error if there is any disconnect.

If you are referring to different account we request you to get in touch with your sales representative and you would need to buy EUEM web license , refer doc https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO40/Web+EUEM+Licenses , Hope that information helps.
