Hi,

I have ran a performance test for 2 hours (i.e. 19-Jan-2015 18:25 to 19-Jan-2015 20:25), it has made calls to approx. 140 requests, but for every request MAX response and Min response is shown as “0” (i.e. ZERO). Please let me know If there are any setting needed for this.

One more thing APPDYNAMICS has got **bleep** slow since last update.

Please help me on this.

Thanks,

Mudit

Hi Mudit,

Can you provide the screenshot from cotnroller UI depicting the issue for max and min response case?

Regarding the slowness in UI, Can yo point us the saas UI URL to check from my end the behavior?

Regards,

Arun

Hi Mudit,

We apologize for the delay in response, I confirm this is a know bug/limitation due to zero file design specific to BT grid screen and currently cannot be fixed, as i could see the behavior across other systems and as per internal request (CORE-16558 this bug is listed for reference for future reference and this jira bug not accessible) we see this is due to zero fill behavior but as said above this will affect particular screen but user can get the min.max value succesfully as an alternative from rest api request below and also user can see max and min graph as referred in screenshots listed below. Let us know if that information helps.

Hi,

I am trying to configure a custom dashboard which shows a value widget with max. calls per minute over a certain period.

I came across this thread and I am assuming this is related.

Are there any plans to fix this in future releases?
