need to configure the Net scaler app in Splunk

Hi team,

Please help me to configure the Net scaler app in splunk Cloud. I have installed the app and search the index=netscaler but i am not getting any result, can you please help on this.

please submit a support case to have apps set up for you in Splunk Cloud.
this is not something you can do on your own. i'm going to close this and the other nearly identical question you posted.
