escu_for_sse_content.json - Access Denied

Noticed in the browser's console (data inventory page) the following error:

HTTP403: FORBIDDEN - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.
(XHR)GET - https://sse-content.s3.amazonaws.com/escu_for_sse_content.json

when one attempts to access that url directly, get the following from I assume Amazon:

<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>
<RequestId>D0F74AB84549A541</RequestId>
<HostId>
cl9yRfZC6cmAdnZsgKjtRaP5QZnFFnPDVCAihBVQ0OwUivhADw6MxZ+caZqyx2WEm7cmkL636dU=
</HostId>
</Error>
