account Id drop down is not showing Id list in Splunk App for aws

account Id drop down is not showing Id list in Splunk App for aws. To reflect account id in drop down what configuration we need to follow.

We don't have any Add account option in configure page of Splunk App for AWS as document says getting-started-with-splunk-insights-for-aws-cloud-monitoring.pdf
