I would like to know if the Jira App within Phantom can integrate with an on-prem Jira Enterprise instance, or if using Atlassian Cloud is a requirement.
The documentation in the Jira Phantom App leans very heavily towards Atlassian Cloud and doesn't seem to cover on-prem Jira integration, so I am a bit confused if this will work.
If it is possible to use on-prem Jira I would appreciate any links to KB articles or personal blog posts about your adventures in getting this set up.

I do have the same question, relating to can we integrate on-prem Jira with Phantom.(as documentation specifically refers to Jira Cloud with Phantom)
We are basically from Jira side, and Phantom people are trying hard to integrate with Jira.We have already provided them with Username and password/base URL/Port/Time Zone. But they are facing issues which we can't able to figure out, we are checking is there any traffic blocking issue(regarding the port).
Could you please let us know, whether do we need to do anything more, other than providing details as above from Jira Admin side?

@Manikanth2 it would be useful to get any output from the "Test Connectivity" action on the Phantom asset that is configured. This will help determine if it's the parameters, network, or other, that is causing the issue with connection.
The only REQUIRED items are:
- Username
- Device URL
- Timezone
- Password
With these you should be able to make the connection.

Unfortunately the password field is not actually checked during test connectivity. We had a bad password that we didn't realize, because the test connectivity always came back as passed.
I'm running into an issue where we can successfully create an issue, but when we run get ticket or update ticket we get a generic error message that the issue doesn't exist or the permissions are not correct. Is there something different that needs to be done for get/update ticket?
