Why won't index populate in app?

Hi,

I have Intsights app to get rapid 7 logs in my splunk cloud and i'm trying to configure it in splunk idm but when I try to enter the index name to get the alerts its not getting appear in the list.

what be the reason to not get it populate in the app settings
