Why am I not getting email reports from Splunk MINT?

Hello

Have problem with Splunk MINT Report exceptions in an Android app. Mint.logEvent is counted, but I can't get the email notification (Mint.logExceptionMessage) from Mint. Here is the code:

    Mint.logExceptionMessage("Error Message", "Log Error Mesage", ex);
    Mint.flush();
    Mint.logEvent("sync fail");

You can view logevent data in Splunk with MINT App or on MINT Management Console.
