Where do I run scripts while migrating from dbconnect v1 to v2?

I am following the steps mentioned here:

http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/DBX/2.3.0/DeployDBX/MigratefromDBConnectv1

And now at step 7.

I am wondering where I need to run the script.

Python script is located in app's bin folder.

Got it working..

It needs to be run from splunk/bin.

However while running the command we need to mention the whole path of the file.
In this case it was splunk cmd python /splunk/etc/apps/splunk_app_db_connect/bin/

It looks like it can be run from any directory.
