Solved: When will Splunk support Solaris 11 and RHEL 6

Are there any plans to support these new OS's in the Splunk roadmap? If so, what is the timeline?

We're looking into Solaris 11 and RHEL 6 support. In preliminary testing they appear to be OK, but we won't know until we've had a chance to put them into our full testing suite.

We'll update our roadmap after we see how much work is involved in certifying these platforms.

Support was added for Solaris 11 in Splunk 5.0.
