What do eai_app_only and eai_results_per_page in user-prefs.conf do?

I found the following in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/users//user-prefs/local/user-prefs.conf of Splunk 6.2.1:

eai_app_only = False
eai_results_per_page = 100

What do they do? There doesn't seem to be any documentation.

hi tpflicke
eai_results_per_page = 100 -> tells the number of results. if you go to e.g. settings/all configurations, it will show you 100 items each page.
eai_app_only = False -> I don't know
