Website Monitoring is not working with Proxy setup, getting below error

CAn you please advise?

Note: our proxy server address has "_" does it cause any issue?

Let me know if the new version (1.1.1) fixes the problem (if you accept the solution, I'll assume that means it is fixed).

It appears you are correct: proxy servers with underscores are not allowed with the app in version 1.1 and earlier.

I researched the issue here. The issue is fixed in version 1.1.1 which is now available on Splunk-base.
