1) Is there a URL limitation for this app? Is there any license involved?
2) we scheduled to run bulk no.of URL's every 5 mins, but seems it is taking more time like they are running every 15, 18, 45....etc mins. Any idea?
There is no limit. However, the app tends to fall behind when a very large number of inputs are used with a low interval (pinged often).
Version 2.0 is in development which dramatically increases the number or URLs that can be effectively monitored. This version should be done very soon and is currently in testing. See http://lukemurphey.net/versions/190 for the status of 2.0.
