Website Monitoring App stopped showing complete list of URLs over Status Overview

Hi Techie,

We are using Website Monitoring 2.6 in our environment. From past two days we have observed that Website Monitoring is only showing one URL over its Status Overview Dashboard.
Did anyone come across such issue? Or has any solution for this? Please suggest

There is a couple of ways to fix this:

1. Add the index to the list of default indexes to search for the given users or roles

2. Add the index to the macro named "website_monitoring_search_index". In your case you could change the macro to the following:

   index=synthetics

Can you check to see if there are any errors in the logs? You ought to be able to see them via the search below:

index=_internal sourcetype=web_availability_modular_input

Hi @LukeMurphey, I just realized that when I execute index="synthetics", I am able to see status of all the URLs configured. But its not displaying it over Status Overview of Website Monitoring App.
So connection can't be an issue here.
