Unable to select the custom index created in the indexer

We are using the TA in Splunk Cloud.
As the TA is installed on the Splunk IDM, we notice that when we try to create any input, we are unable to select the custom index we created in the indexer.

Is there a feature that allows us to select our custom index by dropdown?

I hope you have created index  and trying to choose in in Splunk IDM only.

I have got admin rights on Splunk IDM. Still I had faced same issue when I have created new index in IDM wanted to select for qualys input. I was unable to change index names from the dropdown as it was not appearing from the list of indexes. 

workaround:

You can raise support case asking to modify inputs.conf with index you have created.
