For security reasons we have delete the admin account to setup our own acount with admin role, but we have detected that the DBConnect 2 doesn't work becouse have hardcode the admin account in the scripts.
Well, it's a PITA, but you can edit the scripts. Be sure to save a copy of the updated scripts elsewhere, as updates to the app could overwrite your changes.
You can make an official enhancement request to the app here: http://www.splunk.com/support
Then click the Support Portal and login. If you don't already have an account, you can create one. You don't need to be the "designated support contact" or even have a paid license in order to request an enhancement or report a bug.
