Trigger incident on the Service Now as a result of the alert condition met

Hi, I have set-up an alert on in the Splunk, once that alert condition is met we want to trigger email and at the same time it should also cut incident in the Service Now. We are able to trigger email however no incident is being cut. I have followed Splunk documentation but still no luck. Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
