Tenable add-on v4.0.1 - Inputs - what would a "query name" be?

Creating Inputs for "Tenable.sc vulnerability". what would the "Enter the query name for Tenable.sc vulnerability filter" be? 

Is there an example of a "query name for Tenable.sc vulnerability filter" ?

It looks like you need to log in via the GUI and click on Analysis>Vulnerabilities tab.  From there, select Vulnerability Detail List and save that as a query.  Name the query whatever you like.  Use that name within the Splunk TA and you should be good to go.
