TA is working on Splunk cloud classic but on Splunk cloud victoria

Our TA is cloud vetted on Splunkbase.

Our TA is working on the Splunk cloud Classic version whereas the same TA is throwing the below error while accessing the setup page on the Splunk cloud Victoria version.

Please let me know how to identify the root cause and resolve the error.

Check the logs for error 500.  If you still need help, contact Support.
