I have integrated ServiceNow to Splunk through Splunk add-On for ServiceNow, I want to input "Cases" but it is not listed in the Input tab. I can see the incident input but I don't need that. I want to input the Cases/tickets created by customers. Please help at the earliest. Thank you. @splunk
I was talking about the Cases under the Customer Service menu in ServiceNow, which I want to input to Splunk, let's say if it is a custom-created menu/tab, it could've been created by our admin, then how do I input custom created. Please help.
