Splunk MINT: "Your MINT license has not been added yet. Upload it here". Where do I get this license?

I installed and configured Splunk Enterprise Free Trial on my Linux box and then installed the MINT app, but while configuring it, I am getting:

Your MINT license has not been added yet. Upload it here

While clicking on here, it directs me to page where I can add License.
Where do I get this license?

Receiving a license to pull your mobile data into Splunk with MINT App requires
a. Splunk Enterprise 6.3
b. Free Account at mint.splunk.com with integration of the SDKs in your mobile app project(s)
c. Mobile app(s) sending data
c. Contact your Splunk Sales Rep to request a MINT App Free trial
d. Splunk Sales Rep will setup a MINT App Free Trial with delivery of license to SalesForce Ship To contact that matches the mint.splunk.com account
e. Setup MINT App to pull data into Splunk using license

You have to sign up for Splunk MINT, then you will get a welcome email with the license.

I need to signup for Splunk MINT app to get the license for integrating it with Splunk Enterprise
is there any difference while signing up for Splunk MINT and SPlunk MINT APP?

I believe while signing up for Splunk mint using

we signup for SPlunk MINT Management console not for Splunk MINT APP

That is correct, you have to sign up for MINT management console first.

Now i want to signup for Splunk MINT App for getting license to be installed with Splunk Enterprise

If you have signed up for MINT and downloaded the app and you are still not receiving a welcome email with the license, I am not sure what is happening. I was pretty sure that's how it worked. I have sent an email to customer support to ask them about it.

I too received Welcome mail but there is no key attached.
