Splunk MINT: Why are the numbers of daily active users quite different between Splunk & Google Analytics?

My MINT customer asked me why the number of daily active users are quite different between Google Analytics' & Splunk.

On average, it seems to be 50,000 to 70,000 active daily users on the Splunk dashboard, but Google Analytics shows only 20% to 30% users average(10,000~15,000 active daily users)

Do you have any idea about this difference?
