Splunk MINT: Why am I unable to get past the accepting terms form when attempting to look at a crash notification?

Hi everyone,

We've had BugSense account for a long time now (and I haven't properly logged in for some time in here, I've seen a lot of things have changed). However, our Android application still gets crash notifications using your wonderful Splunk MINT app. When I click on the crash e-mail notification link, I get stuck on accepting terms link. Pressing continue and checkbox doesn't help.

URL of the problematic form:
Steps taken:

  1. received a crash report from Splunk MINT
  2. clicked on a link going something like this:

View the full details of this error at Splunk MINT

    Error Message
java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'void' on a null object reference

    Unknown Source

  3. clicked and logged in with username and pass to

  4. accept "terms" screen and I can't get through that.

Good day.

I have pretty the same story.

I did not find how send an email to support, so I hope someone read this.

Can I get the same thing to be able to manage our old bugsense account?

I am not sure, if I need to provide any additional information and if I need a "private channel" for this?

Thank you.

Since your account was an old Bugsense Free account not transitioned to MINT Free, we'll need to manually reset. Manual reset has been requested.
