Splunk ITSI integration to 3rd party ticketing tool

We are in the process of integrating Splunk ITSI with 3rd party ticketing tool where dont have any add-on. Planning to use REST API calls for this integration. Can someone advise what are all the REST API can be used to create an incident from Episode and the update. Also, advise the REST API to get the response back.
