Splunk DB Connect: How to resolve error "Failed to initialize pool: null" when I try to connect to an Informix database?

I get the following exception trying to connect an Informix database through Splunk DB Connect:

com.zaxxer.hikari.pool.HikariPool$PoolInitializationException: Failed to initialize pool: null

I was able to solve this issue by updating Infromix JDBC driver, previous version which I installed was not supported by Splunk. We can find out if it's supported or not supported by navigating to the following path

Splunk DB Connect --> Settings --> Drivers

here we can check to see if it's supported

please check the driver version , this error happens when the version is not right and in the driver it tells if it is unsupported or not
