Splunk App for Stream: assembling packets from difference NICs

Dear experts,

2 TAP devices are connected with the a single streamfwd machine.
Because of the customer's environment, the request and response packets of a single TCP connection
can be captured from the different TAPs(and NICs).
Can streamfwd assemble these packets captured from different NICs as a single event?
