Splunk Add-on for Pure not working as expected

We have installed the Add-on on our Heavy Forwarder. As per the documentation, once the Add-on is installed it should create a PureStorage Array Rest API in the Data inputs section. But it is not getting created.Anyone has idea how to resolve the issue?
