Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Cloud -what is the API Permission Required in Azure Active Directory for this Add-On?

Hi there, 

This is in regards to this Splunk Add-On:   "Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Cloud Services"

I would like to find out what is the API Permission Required in Azure Active Directory for this Add-On? I have been searching for it but wasn't available except "Azure Insight" but the link does provided does not help either. In addition, "Azure Insight" wasn't part of the API Permission in Azure Active Directory.
