Service Now application not able to get the data in to Splunk

Dear All,

I working with Splunk app for service now http://apps.splunk.com/app/1770/. I am done with setup but am not able to get the data into splunk so may i know how to trouble shoot this application can any body help me on this.

Hi,

Please delete app.conf from the local directory of the app, restart splunk then try to set the username/pwd. This should take care of the problem.

Also make sure you download the latest release of the app (2.1) from apps.splunk.com
