Permission requirements for itmdash+itmsoap

Hi,

i am running splunk 6.6.6 and my user is a read-only user on TEPS / TEMS environment.
Running itmdash command it gives me following error: itm6.dash.ITM6DASHException: Error 401 (Unauthorized)
Running itmsoap command it gives me following error: Hub User Access List Validation Failed.

What are the requirements as non-ITM admin, but want a read-only access to the data?
