Netflow integrator app not showing "average packets per sec" in "top devices by traffic" panel

Our netflow integrator app was working fine till recently and suddenly has stopped showing the values on "average packets per sec" in "top devices by traffic" panel.
on further verification found the same issue on other panels as well.

Any suggestions how to find the root cause and fix it?
