Microsoft office 365 shown error Re-enter client secret

I try to send the logs to Splunk via API that shown "Re-enter client secret" after I added the Tenant within 15 mins.  and I installed the add-on in 2 servers that shown feature item unequal as picture belowFeature unequal in 2 serversFeature unequal in 2 serverserror re-enter client secreterror re-enter client secret
