Microsoft Teams AddOn: Why am I getting the subscription error?

Greetings to all, I'm having an issue with the Microsoft Teams TA.  After setting up the Subscription, I'm getting this error:

message from "/opt/splunk/bin/python3.7 /opt/splunk/etc/apps/TA_MS_Teams/bin/teams_subscription.py" subscription = create_subscription(helper, access_token, webhook_url, graph_base_url)

ERROR ExecProcessor - message from "/opt/splunk/bin/python3.7 /opt/splunk/etc/apps/TA_MS_Teams/bin/teams_subscription.py" ERROR400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions

If I'm using the subscription and test with curl on the HF where the TA is installed, I'm getting this answer once I got the token:

Came to say I'm having the same problem with TA_MS_Teams v 1.1.3.

I am unable to establish the subscription in this version:

ERROR pid=84939 tid=MainThread file=base_modinput.py:log_error:309 | Could not create subscription: 400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/subscriptions 

I haven't had an issue with previous versions of the TA.  Downgrading to TA_MS_Teams v1.1.1 and the subscription begins working again.
