Lookup Editor App not showing all entries.

Hi,

We are using Lookup editor app in our Splunk and some users are reporting that sometimes it doesn't work correctly. When trying to open a csv within the app it doesn't load all the data, refreshing it doesn't work neither. For other users it just works fine.
Someone knows if there is a problem with browsers?
